Following the last RETAIN Live conference in 2019, After a 6 year break we teamed up again with the Membership Geeks as their event delivery partner for a two-day conference. This year’s event welcomed over 100 delegates from all over, from Europe to the USA, and our team was on hand to ensure a smooth and memorable experience from start to finish.
Our role included close liaison with the venue both in advance and on-site, managing AV and stage operations, and supporting speakers throughout the programme. We focused on creating a seamless delegate experience, with clear communication, professional coordination, and a warm welcome for all attendees.
To close the event, we organised a bespoke walking tour for international guests to see our home city of Newcastle, leading them to the after-party at Lane 7.
