Returning for a second consecutive year, the CF Fertilisers Annual Awards 2025 brought together teams to celebrate standout contributions in safety, innovation, and leadership. Following the success of the inaugural event, BeaconHouse Events was once again appointed to deliver an engaging, high-impact evening that reflected the values and ambitions of CF Fertilisers’.

With a renewed sense of purpose following the success of the 2024 awards, this year’s event built on that momentum—delivering a high-impact evening filled with energy, recognition, and connection. The fantastic Gary Kitching was our event host this year, guiding guests through an uplifting ceremony with humour and heart. From on brand chocolate bars and specially curated trophies to seamless AV delivery, every element reflected CF’s values and people-first ethos.

Our team managed the full guest experience and event production. The event not only spotlighted the brilliant work taking place across CF’s operations but also reinforced a strong internal culture of pride and progress. It was an honour to help bring such an important milestone to life for a second year running.
