We have a great opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our award-winning event agency here at BeaconHouse Events, Newcastle upon Tyne on a permanent basis.

You’ll be working as part of a team to influence mindsets; to drive a positive, lasting impact with events across a wide ranging client portfolio – technology, the built environment and engineering sectors, digital marketing, cyber security, sustainability, academia, public sector and other B2B events. 

We pride ourselves on our flexible approach to working,  candidates should be living in the North East of England and be able to travel to the office at Hoults Yard and to events across the UK as required.

As a Project Coordinator you’ll support on a portfolio of events from concept to delivery through clever thinking, sustainable solutions and exceptional customer service. You’ll work within a team to deliver events for our clients and gain experience on a wide range of events.

Most days you’ll be working from our office in Hoults Yard (Newcastle upon Tyne), but you’ll be offered the chance to set up a home office if you’d like for a couple of days per week, alongside travelling across the UK and Europe for onsite event work.

  • At least one year experience in office administration or industry relevant role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Tech savvy (we operate across a huge range of software and tech solutions)
  • Resourceful individual capable of researching solutions to a detailed brief
  • An open-minded approach to finding creative solutions
  • Can-do attitude with no task being too big or small
  • Confident in participating in internal team meetings
  • Confident with initial outreach to sponsors and suppliers to build relationships
  • Comfortable in a busy environment and proactive time management
  • Excellent attention to detail through administration
  • Confident in analysing data to support event reports
