For the fourth year, BeaconHouse returned to Billingham Synthonia Cricket Club to deliver the CF Fertilisers Summer Social, as part of the club’s Family Fun Day.
This year saw the biggest turnout yet, with more than 370 colleagues, families and friends for an afternoon of sunshine, food, activities and community. The summer sunshine was very much on our side, allowing the marquee sides to remain open throughout the day and creating a relaxed, open atmosphere that connected the CF area with the wider Family Fun Day.
BeaconHouse managed the planning and delivery of the CF experience, creating a welcoming space for guests to spend time together. Alongside the familiar deckchairs, beanbags and lawn games, this year’s activities included football goals and crazy golf, as well as branded giveaways such as beachballs, fans, windmills and craft sets to keep little hands occupied. This year the marquee also featured one of CF Fertilisers’ famous blue Nitram bags filled with balloons, bringing a recognisable part of the business into the event.
The event provided an opportunity for CF Fertilisers to connect with colleagues and the local community in an informal setting, while showcasing more about the business and its role in the region. With record attendance, excellent weather and a lively atmosphere throughout the afternoon, the 2026 Summer Social was a fantastic celebration of CF Fertilisers, its people and its local community.
