Following our successful support of Impact Players 2025, BeaconHouse Events were reappointed by the Impact Players team to provide end‑to‑end event delivery for the 2026 edition of this flagship leadership conference.
Building on the foundations laid in 2025, we worked as a trusted extension of the client team, supporting every aspect of the professional conference organisation and onsite execution for 500 delegates at the ICC Belfast.
Our scope included full conference organisation, event logistics and venue liaison, technical coordination, stage management, speaker liaison, sponsorship management and floor plan operations, supplier research and coordination and comprehensive health and safety management ensuring all parties were aligned and supported throughout the process.
Alongside this, we provided sustainability, accessibility and inclusion consultancy, making sure to include responsible and inclusive practices across the delegate journey to ensure a seamless and enjoyable professional conference.
