BeaconHouse helped Leighton celebrate the festive season with a Christmas Company Day full of energy and festive cheer. This year, we took over Tyneside Cinema in the heart of Newcastle, providing a stylish and central setting for reflection, team building, and seasonal fun.
The morning kicked off with team activities that combined brains and generosity. Teams first completed a quick quiz to score money, then received an assigned “profile” of essentials and treats to purchase for someone or a charity in need. In a supermarket-sweep-style dash around the city centre, teams raced to gather their items and showcased their purchases on return, leaving nine charitable causes richer for their generosity.
Alongside the team challenges, the agenda included vision and strategy sessions and a workshop on adding more value, ensuring the day was both inspiring and purposeful. BeaconHouse added festive touches throughout, from branded popcorn boxes accompanying a look-back-on-the-year video to Christmas crackers at lunch. The day concluded with a festive film screening of Home Alone before the celebrations moved to No28 for the evening party, where guests enjoyed a lovely party to round off the day, and year.
It was a joy to help Leighton combine festive cheer, team camaraderie, and giving back into a truly memorable Christmas Company Day.
