BeaconHouse Events were appointed to provide experienced onsite delivery and strategic consultancy for ‘Impact Players 2025’ – a dynamic leadership conference where business meets sport, designed to give ambitious women a competitive edge and ‘the best day of their professional lives’!
Working in close partnership with the client team, we acted as an extension of their operations to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for more than 400 delegates at ICC Belfast.
Our involvement spanned event logistics, venue liaison, technical (AV) coordination and health and safety management, alongside sustainability and accessibility consultancy to embed responsible and inclusive practices throughout the delegate journey.
We also led on event branding, print and display production, event dressing, and VIP meet-and-greet management, ensuring every detail reflected the energy and professionalism of the Impact Players brand.
From pre-event social planning and volunteer coordination to onsite delivery and attendee experience design, our team brought calm precision, creativity and purpose helping to elevate the event’s impact and lay solid foundations for the 2026 edition.
