This May, the NIHR Annual Scientific Meeting ASM brought together researchers and professionals from across the UK for two inspiring days of learning, collaboration, and conversation. With a programme packed full of research presentations, poster sessions, and networking opportunities, the event created an engaging space for delegates to exchange ideas and explore the latest developments in the field.
The meeting welcomed 191 delegates and featured an impressive programme of 53 speakers alongside 7 poster presentations, highlighting the breadth of research and expertise within the community. The success of the event was made possible through strong collaboration, careful planning, and the shared commitment of everyone involved, resulting in another memorable and impactful Annual Scientific Meeting.
BeaconHouse Events were pleased to partner with NIHR once again, providing event management support from planning through to post-event reporting. Our role covered everything from coordinating speakers, venue and supplier liaison, and managing on-site logistics to post-event evaluation and measuring its environmental impact through carbon footprint reporting.
