  • Demonstrated prior experience in an events agency or in-house environment managing projects and in a client-facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Impeccable organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively 
  • Very strong project management and decision-making skills 
  • Proficient in managing project budgets 
  • Has a creative eye and may wish to learn how to use design software for basic tasks 
  • An ability and willingness to travel for site inspections and event delivery 
  • Experience in the following is preferable; Basecamp, Canva, Google Docs

We're a busy team and by the very nature of our industry there are peaks of high activity in certain seasons. When this happens we rely heavily on our top-notch freelancers to bolster our onsite delivery and occasionally support with administrative projects.
